Job description
Red White & Blue Thrift Store is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to join a structured program preparing you for a General Manager role. You will learn to drive financial results, sales growth, and operational excellence while developing leadership and people management skills.
During training you will work with senior leaders, gain hands-on experience, and learn to coach teams. After completion, you may lead a store and assume full ownership of performance and staff.
