Job description
ALDI in Cheektowaga, NY is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help supervise day-to-day store activities and drive overall store performance. You will support scheduling, develop operational action plans, and identify training opportunities to grow the team.
The role requires at least 3 years in retail with prior management experience preferred; starting wage is $27.50 per hour with a raise to $28.50 in year two, and a typical 38-hour work week.
