Job description
Tractor Supply is seeking a Manager Trainee in West Virginia to learn the Store Manager role by driving sales, building a strong team, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will shadow leadership tasks, manage daily store operations, and gain hands-on experience with inventory and budgeting processes.
You should bring retail experience, a driver’s license, and a willingness to grow into a leadership position within our store network.
