Job description
Rural King in Effingham, IL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager Trainee who will train to become a future store leader. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver strong operations, customer service, and merchandising, with opportunities to relocate to one of our area stores.
This role requires leadership, ability to train staff, and hands-on supervision across the team, with a schedule that may include 50 hours per week and varied shifts.
