Job description
The Home Depot is seeking a Merchandising Assistant Store Manager in Training (MASM-IT) to gain hands-on experience across garden, hardware, lumber, and more. You will shadow managers, supervise associates, and learn to drive customer service and store presentation while mastering operating procedures.
Through a structured training program, you’ll cover staffing, scheduling, stock accuracy, and performance management, preparing you for an Assistant Manager role.
