Job description
The Home Depot seeks a Merchandising Assistant Store Manager in Training (MASM-IT) in California to gain hands-on experience across store operations, merchandising, and leadership development. The program includes mentorship, structured training, and exposure to key store processes.
During the six‑week MASM-IT training, you will lead by example, support department teams from Garden to Electrical, and learn to drive sales, service, and presentation improvements with store leadership collaboration.
