Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing associates, achieving financial goals, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. A comprehensive 8-week or more store leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Compensation
Pay range is $33 - $36 per hour, based on experience and location. Bonuses are not guaranteed and are subject to change.
