Job description
Pandora is seeking a Store Manager for The Shops at Pembroke Gardens in Pembroke Pines, US. You will lead a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales on the shop floor.
You will coach, develop and onboard talent, uphold brand standards, and partner with HR to address performance issues while achieving store KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
