Job description
Journeys in Niagara Falls, NY is seeking a Manager in Training to recruit, hire, and develop a store team to meet sales goals and protect assets.
You’ll lead a high-energy, customer-focused staff in a fast-paced retail environment, receive on-the-job training, and have opportunities for rapid promotion from within.
This role requires 18+, ability to work nights/weekends, and lifting up to 50 pounds; compensation includes base pay, commission, and bonus potential.
