Job description
Journeys is seeking a motivated manager-in-training candidate to recruit, hire, train, and lead store personnel toward sales goals and operational excellence.
You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and implement company initiatives while upholding loss prevention and customer service standards. This role requires 1–2 years of retail sales experience and a willingness to work nights and weekends.
