Job description
Journeys is a teen retail leader with an emphasis on footwear and unique specialty items. This Journeys location in Gallup, NM seeks a motivated store leader to recruit, hire, train, and manage personnel to achieve sales goals and protect company assets while pursuing growth opportunities.
You will oversee daily store operations, develop a successful sales team, conduct performance reviews, and ensure adherence to company policies while delivering a fun, full-service experience to customers.
