Job description
Journeys in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Manager in Training to recruit, hire, train, and lead a sales team to meet store and personal goals. The role focuses on controlling expenses, protecting assets, and pursuing growth opportunities within a dynamic retail environment.
You will work to build a high-performing team, coach associates, and ensure excellent customer service while promoting Journeys’ culture and values. Position requires 45 hours per week, including nights/weekends.
