Job description
Journeys is seeking a results-driven manager-in-training at the Crossgates Mall location in Guilderland, NY. You will recruit, train, and lead a team to achieve sales goals while protecting assets and maintaining an engaging customer experience.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to learn and grow into leadership roles. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with potential for promotion within the Journeys team.
