Job description
Journeys is seeking a Store Manager in Training to recruit, hire, train, and lead a sales team at our Hamilton Place location in Chattanooga, TN. You will drive store performance, manage expenses, and protect company assets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of retail sales experience, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a willingness to work 45 hours per week including nights and weekends.
