Job description
Journeys is seeking a Store Manager in the Columbus area to recruit, hire, train, and manage store personnel to achieve sales goals while protecting company assets. You will lead a team, plan staffing, and ensure loss prevention while delivering a fun, full-service customer experience.
You must have 1–2 years of retail sales experience, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the willingness to learn.
