Job description
Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy, fast-paced store in a community-focused environment. You will coordinate all departments, drive sales, control costs, and ensure safety, sanitation, and excellent customer service.
The role requires 1–3 years of retail management experience, a relevant degree, and a flexible schedule. You will mentor department managers, handle staffing, and implement merchandising and promotional strategies to meet financial goals.
