Job description
SVM Coffee, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, build a strong team and deliver the Starbucks experience to customers. You will drive quality service, manage staff, and oversee financial performance with autonomy and accountability.
As a GM, you’ll recruit, coach and mentor partners, foster a welcoming store culture and engage with the community while growing a successful, multi-million dollar business under the Starbucks brand.
