Job description
Pandora in New York is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performance team and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales. You will coach Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates, maintain brand standards, and ensure operational excellence on the sales floor.
You bring 3-5 years of store leadership, strong communication, and the ability to recruit and develop talent. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is expected in this role.
