Job description
EZCORP is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of 3–10+ Sales Associates in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coach, mentor, and develop staff while delivering outstanding customer service and building strong customer relationships.
You will analyze profitability, recruit and train team members, manage scheduling, and ensure pricing and security guidelines are followed. A background in pawn or sales is a plus, along with bilingual capabilities.
