Job description
EZPawn Oklahoma, Inc. is seeking a capable Team Leader to guide a team of 3 to 10+ sales associates in a fast-paced retail environment. You will focus on delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with customers through effective coaching and leadership.
Responsibilites include leading negotiations on pawn and sales transactions, monitoring performance, and driving store profitability with a strong emphasis on teamwork and community outreach.
