Job description
Steve Madden stores seek a proactive Store Manager (F/T) to oversee all staff and operations, maintaining premium store presentation. You will lead with responsibility and teamwork, build a strong client base, and drive sales while achieving profit goals.
The role requires 4–6 years of retail leadership, excellent communication, and deep knowledge of store operations, merchandising, and loss prevention. Flexibility to work varied hours is expected.
