Job description
POP MART is seeking a Store Manager in King of Prussia, PA to lead a high-volume retail store and deliver premium customer experiences. You will manage recruitment, coaching, and development of the store team, own store KPIs, and ensure strong visual presentation and merchandising aligned with brand standards.
You will oversee daily operations, inventory control, and store campaigns while fostering a customer-first, inclusive culture.
