Journeys is seeking a Manager in Training to recruit, hire, train and lead store personnel toward sales goals and operational excellence at the University Town Center in Sarasota, FL. The role emphasizes in-store leadership, customer service, and loss prevention in a fast-paced teen retail environment.
You will align with Journeys culture, coach a growing team, and work 45 hours per week including nights/weekends to achieve growth opportunities and store targets.
