Job description
Trek Store Lakeland is seeking a Store Manager to lead every aspect of day-to-day operations and drive best-in-class customer experiences. You will set standards for performance, mentoring the team, and delivering budget-beating sales while ensuring an engaging store environment for the community.
You’ll bring at least two years in retail, strong leadership, and a passion for bikes, with hands-on coaching, inventory control, and a relentless customer-first mindset.
