Job description
Journeys is seeking a Manager in Training to recruit, train, and manage store personnel to hit sales goals and protect company assets while growing opportunities. You will lead a team, implement company initiatives, and mentor staff for advancement.
This role requires 1–2 years of retail sales experience, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to learn, with a 45-hour weekly schedule, including nights and weekends in our fast-paced store environment.
