Job description
Casey’s Store Manager position seeks a capable leader to train, coach, and guide a team to deliver a warm, guest-focused experience for the community. You will drive sales, maintain store standards, and coach new Team Members in the Casey’s Way.
Responsibilities include labor budgeting, scheduling, inventory, and daily bookwork, plus partnerships with District leadership to build Store Action Plans. Starting pay is $54,000–$64,700, with quarterly/annual bonuses and a customizable career path.
