Job description
Lush North America seeks a Store Manager to lead our Omaha, NE store with a focus on sales growth, customer experience, and team development.
You will recruit and mentor staff, train on brand and product, and manage budgets to deliver exceptional retail performance. A passion for skincare, ethical business, and hands-on leadership are expected.
We value DEIB, staff development, and flexible scheduling to meet store needs; experience with handmade cosmetics is a plus.
