Job description
Pandora is seeking a Stores Manager in New York to lead a high-performing team on the retail floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. You will coach Assistant Store Managers and Sales Leads, ensuring brand standards and engaging with fans to build loyalty.
You will recruit and develop talent, manage KPIs, and collaborate with HR to address performance issues. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required; opportunity for bonus incentives exists.
