Job description
Journeys is seeking a motivated retail professional to recruit, hire, train, and manage store personnel to hit sales goals, control expenses, and protect company assets while pursuing growth opportunities.
You will lead a team in a fast-paced environment, build customer relationships, supervise daily store operations, and ensure adherence to company policies. 1-2 years of retail experience and willingness to work nights and weekends are required.
