Job description
ARC’TERYX is seeking an energetic Store Manager in Boston to lead a team, deliver best-in-class guest experiences, and drive the strategic development of people and communities. You’ll manage the floor across five pillars—experience, product, community operations, and people—aligning your team with the brand’s Vision, Purpose and Values.
You’ll coach and train a high-performing staff, own scheduling and budget planning, and partner with the community to amplify brand presence.
