Job description
Journeys Harrisonburg is seeking a motivated manager-in-training to recruit, hire, train, and lead store personnel to meet sales goals while protecting assets. This role offers rapid internal promotion and a fun, inclusive environment for teens and young adults.
You will coach a sales team, handle scheduling, and ensure adherence to company policies. 1–2 years retail experience and willingness to work 45 hours weekly, including nights and weekends, are required.
