Job description
Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an exempt Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales and promote customer satisfaction. The role requires a flexible schedule, typically 40+ hours across five days including weekends, and involves managing staff, payroll and store budgets.
The successful candidate will have retail sales management experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license.
