Job description
Thorntons LLC is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all store operations with minimal GM supervision. You will ensure a fast, friendly, fresh, clean, and in-stock shopping experience, train and recognize Team Members, and support the GM in achieving store goals while fostering a Zero-accident safety culture.
You’ll lead the team, manage the labor schedule, ensure food safety, and uphold Thorntons’ progressive discipline approach to performance.
