Job description
Chip City in Boston is seeking a Store Manager to lead the guest experience and daily store operations. You’ll coach Cookie Crew Members, uphold brand standards, and foster a positive, collaborative culture.
You will manage openings and closings, ensure quality and presentation of cookies and beverages, drive sales for boxes and seasonal offerings, and track KPIs to improve service. This hands-on leadership role requires clear communication and a passion for customer-focused service.
