Citi Trends is seeking a Store Manager in Hattiesburg, MS to lead daily store operations, drive sales and profitability, and build a high-performing team while delivering a positive customer experience. This role requires 3–5 years of store management experience and 5–7 years of overall retail experience, plus strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
