Job description
JAXXON is seeking a Store Manager in Southern California to drive sales and create a premium clienteling experience. You will own the entire event lifecycle, from ideation to measurement, and partner with local vendors to execute across formats.
Lead and coach a team, manage cash and inventory, and ensure loss prevention and compliance. The role requires full ownership of events, a strong local network, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced premium retail
