CITITRENDS is seeking a Store Manager in Syracuse to lead daily store operations, drive sales and profitability, and build a high‑performing team while delivering a welcoming customer experience.

You will recruit, onboard, coach, and manage associates, balance payroll and expenses, maintain inventory controls, and ensure merchandising and loss‑prevention standards. This role requires flexibility, including nights and weekends, and a commitment to promoting from within.
