Job description
Burlington Stores in Bessemer, AL is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of a multi-million-dollar store operation, drive sales, and deliver a world-class shopping experience.
You will mentor and coach a team of associates, partner with leadership across merchandising and operations, and uphold Burlington's values of trust, respect and integrity.
Must have 5+ years retail management, flexible schedule, and ability to lift boxes up to 40 lbs; competitive wages and benefits.
