Job description
Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
External hires start in Store Manager roles as part of our General Manager development path. Training spans 12+ weeks, with evaluations and GM certification leading to promotion opportunities.
