Job description
Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee staffing, training, ordering, receiving, inventory control and customer service leadership to achieve sales and compliance goals.
Responsibilities include optimizing schedules, evaluating performance, implementing company policies, and ensuring store opening/closing procedures are followed with integrity. Strong communication and bilingual ability are a plus.
