Job description
Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations, staffing, and daily processes. You will oversee ordering, receiving, stocking, merchandising, and selling, while maintaining compliance with federal and state labor laws and company policies.
You will recruit, train, evaluate, and counsel staff; drive performance, safety, and customer service standards, and ensure accurate cash handling and security. The role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
