Job description
Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations in our Pennsylvania area. You will manage staff, supervise opening/closing procedures, and ensure customer service excellence while meeting sales and inventory targets.
The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of labor laws, and the ability to train, evaluate, and coach employees. A high school diploma and retail management experience are preferred.
