Job description
Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, staff development and regulatory compliance. The role oversees ordering, receiving, stocking, promotion of merchandise and customer service while ensuring safety and security standards.
You will lead recruiting, training and performance evaluations, open and close the store, and monitor financials including cash handling and shrink. Strong leadership and communication are essential.
