Job description
Dollar General in Nashville is seeking an experienced store manager to oversee all store operations, staff scheduling, training, and compliance with company policies. This role drives sales, controls costs, and ensures a safe, customer-focused environment.
You will manage ordering, receiving, stocking, merchandising and customer service while maintaining cash controls and staff performance. A high school diploma and retail leadership are preferred; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
