Job description
Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking an exempt Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role requires 40+ hours weekly, including weekends, and management of staff, inventory, and payroll.
You will oversee performance metrics, training, and promotions while maintaining budget goals and a high standard of customer care in a fast-paced retail environment.
