Job description
Journeys is seeking individuals for Manager in Training to recruit, train, and manage store personnel to meet sales goals while protecting company assets. You will lead a team, plan staffing, coach performance, and ensure adherence to company standards.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail sales experience, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and a desire to advance in a fast-paced retail environment.
