Job description
Spencer's is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store operations and guest services in Spokane, WA. You will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability while controlling expenses, shrinkage, and inventory in accordance with Spencer's policies.
The role requires prior retail management experience, a minimum age of 21, and the ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
