Job description
Northern Tool + Equipment is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the Tampa store, directing sales, inventory and cashier functions to promote profitability. You will develop plans to hit sales goals, keep the showroom 'Showtime Ready', train staff, and promote internal programs for additional revenue while delivering stellar customer service.
Requirements: high school plus 2 years of college, 4+ years retail sales, 2+ years supervisory experience, and MS Office skills.
