Job description
Total Wine & More in Indianapolis seeks a Store Manager to grow the brand by delivering best-in-class service and a distinctive world of adult beverages for customers. You will lead store operations, drive sales, and create a culture focused on service, teamwork, and profitability.
You will recruit, train, and manage a sales-driven team, oversee payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink, and maintain compliance with alcohol laws while delivering a safe, welcoming store environment.
