Job description
Total Wine & More is seeking a Store Manager to grow the brand by delivering best-in-class service and creating a distinct experience for customers. You will oversee store operations, lead a sales and service culture, and maximize profitability while reporting to the District Manager.
You will drive sales, recruit and train the store team, manage payroll and inventory, and ensure compliant operations, including adherence to alcohol sale laws. Total Rewards program is offered.
